Yay!So how are you going to do this? First, you have to put your firmware in 1.1.1. If you are in 1.2.1, you are going to have to downgrade. To find out if you have the right firmware go into "settings" and click on "about" then you'll see wat firmware you have. Here are the simple steps to do so:Download the 1.1.1 firmware2. Once downloaded set your itouch into recovery mode (see below)3. Hold shift and click restore(go into itunes)4. 5. Wait, once it's done working, you should have the right firware.For recovery Mode1. Have your itouch on and connected into your computer2. hold both the sleep home button3. When you see the apple let go of the sleep button4. Then you'll see your iPod touch will ask you to hook it up to your computer.Once you are in the right firmware and have validated it. You are going to go on jailbreakme.com, download and install appsnap.
